A centralized digital governance platform enabling Sindh Government officials to monitor inspections, initiatives, and district operations in real time.
Project Goal
The primary goal of this project was to develop a digital tool that senior government officials could use to keep tabs on district-level operations. While still being smooth for area officials to apply, the platform streamlines reporting and performance monitoring for extraordinary departments.
The Problem
District management relied mostly on paperwork and late reports, which made it hard for senior officials to understand what was happening. Different departments handled inspections for education, health, price control, land revenue, and other public matters on their own. This caused delays, terrible coordination, and vulnerable oversight.
The App Idea
The aim was to create a single system with a mobile app for field officers and a web dashboard for senior officials. The mobile app lets officers submit inspections, handle tasks, and check updates while they are in the field.Senior leadership uses the dashboard to track performance, locations, and results across all districts and divisions.
Client’s Expectations
Secure and easy-to-use for officers of all ranks was a need for the Sindh Government. It wished with a purpose to method large volumes of facts and display it in an intuitive way.Field officers operating in real-world situations placed a premium on speed and accuracy.

TekScrum built a governance platform with clear access levels for each role. The mobile app allows Assistant Commissioners, Commissioners, and Deputy Commissioners to handle inspections, tasks, and reports directly from the field. A web dashboard gives administrators and senior officials a clear, real-time view through dashboards, maps, and reports. Location tracking and structured workflows help maintain transparency, accountability, and better decision-making at every level.
The Result
The final system made district-level work more transparent and easier to manage. The digital approach has made inspections, activities, and officer performance visible to senior officials across Sindh, while field officers are able to work more efficiently. Because of this, leadership became capable of make better judgments, document extra appropriately, and enjoy fewer delays.
